Tallahassee Winds had their opening concert for the 2017-2018 season on Tuesday, September 26th. We welcome Julia Baumanis as the Graduate Guest Conductor for this semester. She’s doing a great job in creating balance within the ensemble and extracting musical shape and nuance from the players.
Tallahassee Breezes, the Tallahassee Clarinet Choir, had its debut concert Monday, August 28, 2017 at Westminster Oaks. It was an evening filled with music and educational tidbits ranging from music, composers, and the various clarinets. We had a great crowd and the choir (and our guest percussionist) played wonderfully.
